Diary Entry: My Favorite Winter Festival

Diary Entry: My Favorite Winter Festival

Date: 3rd February

Day: Monday

Dear Diary,

Today we celebrated Saraswati Puja, my favorite winter festival. This day is very special for students because Goddess Saraswati is the goddess of knowledge, wisdom, and learning. The winter morning was calm and pleasant, which made the festival even more beautiful.

In our home and school, the idol of Goddess Saraswati was decorated with yellow flowers. Everyone wore yellow clothes, which symbolize wisdom and energy. I placed my books and pens near the idol and prayed sincerely for success in my studies. The priest performed the puja, and we all offered flowers and sweets with devotion.

After the puja, we received prasad, and no one touched books the whole day as a mark of respect. I felt peaceful and motivated, thinking about my goals and future. The atmosphere was full of positivity and devotion.

Saraswati Puja reminds me that education is the greatest power in life. I felt proud and blessed to be a student on this auspicious day.

Good Night!
