1. Chlorophyll is the pigment present in green leaves of a plant.


2. Some plants feed on insects because they grow in soil that lacks essential nutrients, especially nitrogen.


3. The two methods of reproduction in plants are: sexual reproduction and asexual reproduction.


4. The conditions required for the proper germination of a seed are water, air (oxygen), and suitable temperature.


5. Two plants that reproduce through stem cuttings are rose and money plant.
