Today we will discuss about the two Pre historice period computer devices.

Everyday in this world a new advancement takes place. But have you ever wondered how this development started? So let's start this discussion without any delay.


When I started research, I came to know about a very unique thing, you may not agree with this thing but it is the truth.

The history of computer begins with the birth of Abacus. Whis is believed to be the First computer. This device was invented by Chinease Approx 4000 year ago.

Basically this is was a wooden rack which has metal rods with beads mounted on them the beads were moved by the abacus operated according to some rules to perform arithmatic calculations.

This unique device is still used in countries like China Russia and Japan.


After the invention of this unique device, there was no significant advancement for a very long time.

After the time a new device came between 1550-1617 named Napier's Bones.

This was a mannually operated calculating device which was invented by John Nappier (1550-1617) in this calculating tool he use Nine different ivory strips or bones marked with number to multiply and divide. So the tool become know as Napiers bones. It was also the 1st Machine to use the decimal point.
