Basically in every aspects of our life there are two ways positive and negative, like that in compounding our habits there are also two types of compounding positive and negative compounding.
*Positive Compounding Includes.
Productivity / Knowledge / Relationships.
*Negative Compounding Includes.
Stress / Negative thoughts / Outrage.
at first we will discuss about positive compounding.
1. Productivity Compounds:-
-> Accomplishing one extra task every day is a small feat but it counts alot in your whole life.
The more tasks you can handle without thinking, the more your brain is free to focus on other areas.
2. Knowledge compounds:-
-> If you learn only one idea then you cannot be called as a genius, you have to commit life long learning if you want to transform yourself. Basically knowledge works as a compound interest.
3. Relationships compounds:-
-> Behaviour of every people always reflect back. If you help others, the others more want to help you and respect you.
And because of this as a result you create a broad and strong connections over time.
Now, lets see about negative Componding:-
1. Stress compounds:-
-> Any type of stress / work load / parenting responsibilites can be manageale. But when they exist for years, little stress compounds this into a very serious health issues.
2. Negative thoughts compound:-
-> If you think more on any issues of your life then you get trapped in a thought loop. The same thing happens when you see and judge others.
3. Outrage Compounds:-
-> This is the most Distructive Negative Compounding baically Riots, protests, mass movements are the results of small and daily aggravations and this multiply until one event tips the scales and outrage spreade like wildfire.
So, Basically this are the habits that can compound for you or Against you.
