Surprising Power In Human Habits.

We all have some habits that we want to change, to improve our life but we can't change it because of low motivation / procastination / confidence / Fear.

We have a lot of examples in which we see that people's change its some habits and become successful in their lifes.

One of the story to prove this statement is...

In 2003 one of the fate of British Cycling is changed one day.

At that time a organization is held in GREAT Britain and the Governing body of this organization hired Dave Brailsford as its new Performance Director.

Bit , Since 1908, No British rider won a single gold medal at the Olympic Games, and also they fared even worse in cycling's biggest race, the Tour de France.

In the back 110 years, no British cyclist had even won the event.

In fact the condition is so bad that one of the top bike manufacture won't sell his bikes to the team.

Brailsford is the person who put British cycling on a new track. This all was possible because of his commitment to strategy who made him different to other coaches.

Brailsford said " The whole principle came from the idea that if you broke down everything you could think of that goes into riding a bike, and then improve it by 1 percent you will get a significant increase when you put then all together.

Brailsford and his team of coaches starts taking small steps. They redesigned the seats of bikes to make it more comfortable and also rubbed alcohol on the tires to increase the grips.

He also make's some other changes like,

* Riders wears electrically heated overshorts so that they can make ideal muscle temperature.

* He also use biofeedback sensors to monitor how athelete respond on a particular workout.

Like these he also make hundreds of small improvements and because of this anyone could have imagined.

And because of steps taken by Brailsford the British cycling team dominated the road. In the event of 2008 olyumpic Games in Bejing they won 60 percent of the gold medals.

And the series of winning continues very fastly, During the ten year span 2007 to 2017 British cyclist won 178 world championships 66 olympic or paralympic gold medals.

How does this happen? Why small Habits of our life make a big difference.

You have to decide the answer for this question.
